At Paradyes, we want you to love your hair transformation; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 15-day return window for unopened and unused products. Please ensure all safety seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Upload a clear photo of the unused product and its packaging to verify that the hygiene seal has not been tampered with.

• 3.
  Package & Ship

  Once approved, securely pack your items in their original box and hand them over to our courier partner during the scheduled pickup.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
